TrainerNearby is an online marketplace that connects fitness seekers with independent certified professional trainers across Canada. The platform serves solely as an intermediary to facilitate introductions between clients and trainers.

All personal trainers listed on TrainerNearby operate as independent professionals or entrepreneurs. They are not employees, agents, or representatives of TrainerNearby. Accordingly:

• TrainerNearby disclaims any and all liability for physical training sessions, personal injuries, property damage, or any other harm that may arise during or as a result of training sessions, consultations, or any in-person or virtual interactions between clients and trainers.
• TrainerNearby is not a party to any agreements, contracts, or arrangements entered into between clients and trainers. Any disputes, claims, or issues arising out of such agreements shall be resolved directly between the parties involved, without the involvement of TrainerNearby.
• Clients are encouraged to verify the certifications, insurance coverage, and qualifications of any trainer they engage with through the platform.

By using TrainerNearby, you explicitly acknowledge and accept that the platform acts solely as a matching and listing service and bears no responsibility for the quality, safety, or legality of the services provided by independent trainers.

All elements of the TrainerNearby platform, including but not limited to its design, layout, graphic charter, source code, databases, trademarks, logos, domain name, and all content published on the website (text, images, videos, audio, icons, etc.), are protected by applicable intellectual property and copyright laws.

Unless otherwise stated, TrainerNearby (or its licensors) holds all rights, titles, and interests in and to the platform and its content.
